Our clients like to keep top-of-mind with their customers and regularly send informative or otherwise valuable emails to their subscribers. Bay Hill Design, Berry Austin and Old Oaks Ranch wanted us to create just one template that they could copy and then customize for future emails.

With over 500 million users, Facebook is often the first social media tool our clients ask about. For Cowgirls & Lace and Amber Ostrich Estate Sales, we created and customized their Facebook business “fan” page. We also trained them on best practices for community managers, and helped them buy Facebook ads targeted by geography, interest, age group, gender and more.

Cosmetology Educators (Cedtx) provides continuing education for Texas cosmetologists. We  helped owner Deborah Cooper increase class registrations and reduce postage fees by promoting her classes using email marketing, Facebook and Twitter. To save Deborah time, we set up online class registration, and to help her increase customer satisfaction, we set up post-class online surveys so she can fine-tune her class offerings.

Cowgirls & Lace, with its beautiful decor and merchandise, deserves a highly visual email with links to even more photos. Every month, we send out both a “New Arrivals” email which coincides with their 3rd Saturday sale, and an informative “decorating tips” email. We also send out special occasion emails for their fall, spring and holiday sales.

The C12 Group is a resource for Christian business owners and CEOs. The Managing Chair of the Austin/San Antonio area wanted a professional newsletter targeted for the Central Texas area that was consistent with the look and feel of the C12 national website. We improved upon the national template and used online event software to manage and promote upcoming professional seminars.

More on Cosmetology Educators (Cedtx):  We created a whimsical, friendly Facebook welcome page, a YouTube channel with testimonials and how-to’s, and a Twitter profile for listening and for tweeting about upcoming classes.   We also set up Hootsuite and Nutshellmail for Deborah, so she can more easily monitor and post to her social media platforms.
